By using our service, you agree to use it solely for managing your real business operations—orders, inventory, clients, suppliers, partners, and related activities. We built Edaramids to empower honest businesses. If you are running a legitimate operation, you have nothing to worry about. These rules exist to protect you and other users from bad actors.
You may use Edaramids to: • Manage your business orders and track their full lifecycle from creation to delivery • Keep track of your inventory, products, and stock levels with real-time updates • Manage your client relationships with contact details, order history, and notes • Handle supplier management and track your supply chain costs • Set up business partners and automatically calculate their earnings share • Generate professional invoices with your custom branding • Analyze your business performance through our dashboard and reports • Collaborate with team members you have invited and authorized • Configure shipping carriers and assign them to orders • Export your business data anytime for backup, reporting, or migration • Customize your workspace with your preferred language, currency, and settings
You may NOT use Edaramids to: • Store, transmit, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Conduct fraudulent business activities, scams, or deceptive practices • Manage businesses that sell prohibited or illegal products/services • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users or any individuals • Attempt to hack, probe, or test the vulnerability of our systems • Overload our servers with excessive requests or denial-of-service attacks • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform • Copy, redistribute, or resell our software or service without authorization • Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity or business • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts without explicit permission • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals • Bypass any security measures or access controls • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws • Infringe on intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of others
As a user, you are responsible for: • Accuracy: Ensuring the data you enter is accurate and up-to-date • Security: Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them • Backups: Regularly exporting and backing up your important business data • Customer Data: Ensuring you have the legal right to store personal data of your customers • Compliance: Following applicable data protection laws (like GDPR) regarding customer information • Team Access: Managing permissions for team members you invite to your workspace • Content Ownership: Only uploading content (logos, images) that you have rights to use Remember: Your data is your responsibility. While we provide security and backups, you should maintain your own copies of critical business information.
To ensure the best experience for all users, we implement fair use limits based on your subscription plan. These limits cover: • Number of orders, products, clients, and other records • API requests per minute/hour (for integrations) • File storage for invoices and exports • Team member seats Our limits are generous and designed for normal business operations. Most users never come close to hitting them. Excessive usage that affects system performance or other users may result in temporary restrictions. If you have special requirements or are approaching limits, contact us to discuss upgraded plans or custom solutions.
If we detect a violation of this policy, we may take the following actions depending on severity: • First Warning: For minor or unintentional violations, we will send a warning and request immediate correction • Temporary Suspension: For serious violations or repeated offenses, we may suspend your account while investigating • Feature Restrictions: We may disable specific features that are being misused • Permanent Termination: For severe violations (fraud, illegal activity, security threats), we will terminate your account permanently • Legal Action: For illegal activities, we will report to appropriate authorities and may pursue legal remedies We always try to resolve issues fairly. If your account is suspended: • You will receive an email explaining the reason • You will have an opportunity to respond and explain • We will review your response before making a final decision • Your data remains accessible for export during the review period
If you notice any misuse of the platform, suspicious activity, or have concerns about another user, please report it to us immediately. We may update this Usage Policy to address new situations, emerging threats, or improve clarity.
