Terms of Service

By creating an account, completing the registration process, or using any part of Edaramids, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Edaramids on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not create an account or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Edaramids. We encourage you to read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions before proceeding.

Edaramids is a comprehensive cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform specifically designed for online sellers and small to medium businesses. Our services include: • Order Management: Complete order lifecycle tracking from creation to delivery • Inventory Control: Real-time stock tracking with low-stock alerts • Client Management: Customer database with order history and contact information • Supplier Management: Track your supply chain and purchase costs • Partner Earnings: Automatic calculation of partner shares and commissions • Invoice Generation: Professional, customizable invoices with your branding • Business Analytics: Dashboard with sales insights and performance metrics • Multi-language Support: Full Arabic and English interface with RTL support • Mobile-First Design: Native app-like experience on any device

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Account Types: You can invite team members as Admins with customizable permissions. The account Owner has full access to all features and billing management. One Account Per Business: Each business should have one primary account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.

Subscription Plans: Access to Edaramids requires an active subscription. We offer multiple tiers (Starter, Professional, Business) with different feature sets and limits. Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial to explore all features. No credit card required for trial. Trial accounts have full access to all features. Payment Methods: We accept payments through: • Paymob (for Egypt and Middle East) - Credit/debit cards, mobile wallets • PayPal (for international payments) - All major credit cards and PayPal balance Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Annual plans receive a discount. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Refund Policy: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial subscription if you are not satisfied. Refunds are not available for partial months or after the 7-day period.

You agree to use Edaramids only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you agree NOT to: • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users accounts • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Use the service to store or transmit infringing, defamatory, or objectionable content • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the platform • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without authorization • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

Edaramids Ownership: The Edaramids platform, including all source code, design, graphics, logos, user interface, and documentation, is owned by Edaramids and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you upload to Edaramids (your business data, client information, product details, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service. Feedback: If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our service, we may use this feedback without any obligation to you.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Non-payment of subscription fees • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Actions that harm other users or the service Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. Data Export: Before termination, you can export your data through the platform settings.

Service Provided "As Is": Edaramids is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. No Guarantee: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edaramids total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Exclusions: Edaramids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes: • Material Changes: We will notify you by email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. • Minor Changes: May be made without notice for clarifications or corrections. Your continued use of Edaramids after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service before the changes take effect.
